Colour Coats & Contracts Pvt Ltd is inside the General Insurance Building at 232 Fort Oshiwara. It’s a solid old building that has been around for quite a while. Our office is up on one of the floors, and it’s a busy place most of the time. We do a lot of contract work, so there are always people coming in and out to talk about projects or look at samples. It’s not a shiny new glass tower; it’s a real working building with history. We have desks covered in plans and folders full of notes. We don't spend much time worrying about whether the furniture matches or if the carpet is new. We are more concerned with the actual jobs we are managing. Oshiwara is a lively part of the city, and being in Fort gives us a good central spot. We’ve been operating as Colour Coats & Contracts Pvt Ltd for a good number of years now. We have a small team of people who really know the business. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy presentations. We just tell them what can be done and how long it will take. It’s a practical approach that has served us well over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
