Club Mahindra Holidays

We are located at 4 Tawde Chawl on Subhash Road, right by the Hotel Planet Industry in Vile Parle East. It is a busy spot. Most days, you can hear the traffic from the main road while we sit at our desks. It is not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We have some desks, some old files, and a few chairs for when people stop by to ask about their memberships or holiday plans. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but we are used to it. The area is quite packed, so finding a place to park is always a bit of a headache for us and the visitors. We have been here for a while now, and we know most of the people around the chawl. It is a very local atmosphere. Around noon, someone usually goes out to get tea for everyone from the stall nearby. We spend our time looking at computer screens and answering the phone when it rings. People come in looking for information about their next trip, and we just try to get the paperwork sorted as clearly as we can. It is a steady kind of work. We do not have a big reception area, just enough space to do what needs to be done. It is practical and it works for what we do every day. We stay pretty busy with the phones, especially during the summer months when everyone wants to go away for a while.
