Clever Kids Nursery

Being on the ground floor of Phanse Building is a bit of a blessing when you have kids running around. We are at Shop Number 11 and 12, right near the Sahyadri Bank branch in Lal Baug. It's a noisy part of town, with the petrol pump nearby and all the traffic from Lalmaidan passing by. At Clever Kids Nursery, our days start early, usually before the sun is even fully up. We have to get the toys out and make sure the floor is clean. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. There is always a lot of movement—kids coming in, parents rushing off to work, the sound of the city right outside the door. Lal Baug has a lot of energy, and we definitely feel that here. We don't have fancy brochures or a big reception desk. It's just a place with colorful walls and a lot of energy. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit messy, and we have to mop up more than usual. The Sahyadri Bank people know us because we’re right there. We spend our time managing the little ones, making sure everyone is safe and having a decent time. It’s tiring work, honestly. By the time we lock up the shops at the end of the day, we are usually pretty exhausted. But then we come back the next morning and do it all over again in the middle of this busy neighborhood, waving at the folks walking to the petrol pump or the bus stop.
