About Clean 'N' Carewel Services – Tourism in Mumbai
Our office is in the Hanuman Industrial Estate at unit number 317. We’re up on the third floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the busy streets below. The estate is a bit older and has that typical industrial feel with lots of different businesses operating out of the same building. We use our space to manage our service schedules and keep track of our supplies. There are always stacks of cleaning materials and equipment around the room. It’s a functional place, not meant for showing off. We spend a lot of time coordinating where the teams need to go and making sure they have everything they need for the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. It’s a lot of logistics and phone calls throughout the day. We have a small team in the office and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We just focus on the schedule and try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. It’s not always easy when things change at the last minute, but we just deal with it and move on. We don’t use any fancy systems, just some simple lists and a lot of communication. It’s a busy life but it keeps us on our toes. Usually, the phone starts ringing early and doesn't stop until we leave.
