Citizen Mobile Center

We've been here in Nehru Nagar for a while now. Citizen Mobile Center is just our small spot where we handle phones. People come in when their screens crack or the battery dies. It’s busy in Mumbai, and we try to keep up. I started this because I liked messing with gadgets. My cousin helps out sometimes. We mostly deal with chargers, cables, and fixing things that stop working. It’s not fancy. The shop is in the E/F block. Sometimes the lights flicker, but we get the work done. If a phone is slow, we look at it. There’s a lot of competition around here, but neighbors know where we are. We don't have a big staff, just us behind the counter. It gets hot in the afternoons. We fix mostly Androids, but whatever comes in, we try. It’s a job. We like talking to the regulars who drop by just to chat while they wait. The address is Nehru Nagar, easy to find if you know the area. We open around ten usually, sometimes a bit later if the traffic is bad. That’s just how it goes here. We don't do big ads. Word of mouth works for us. Just a local shop for mobile needs. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep the spare parts in the back drawer. If we don't have it, we order it. It takes a couple of days. That’s the reality of it. We also sell some used phones when we get them. People ask for discounts, and we do what we can.
