We are over at 312 Churchgate Chambers, which is located at 5 New Marine Lines. It’s an old building with a lot of history and the elevators are a bit slow, but we’ve been here for years. We act as an agency, mostly handling the paperwork and orders for different types of industrial supplies. It’s not a big warehouse; it’s more of an office where we keep track of everything. The desk is always covered in invoices and delivery notes. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in paper, but that’s just how we keep things organized. We aren't a big fancy firm with expensive furniture. We just have our old desks and some filing cabinets that have been here since we opened. We spend most of the day on the phone or sending messages to make sure goods are moving from the suppliers to the clients. It’s a lot of coordination. Occasionally, the traffic in this part of town makes it hard for us to get out to meetings, so we do a lot of work from our chairs. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just try to make sure that when someone orders something, it actually gets to them. It’s straightforward work. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this building, but we just keep doing our thing. It isn't always exciting, but it is reliable and it keeps us busy through the week.
