Chourasia Mobile

Chourasia Mobile is a small shop on S V Road 3 in Malad West. It’s a crowded area, but it’s where we’ve always been. We mostly do mobile repairs and sell some basic accessories like chargers and screen guards. The shop is quite narrow, so if more than three people come in at once, it feels full. We have a small counter where we sit and work on phones. The lighting isn’t the best, but we have some desk lamps that help us see the small screws. We see a lot of people every day since S V Road is such a major path. Most folks are in a hurry, so we try to do the screen replacements or battery changes as fast as we can. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us taking turns behind the counter. Sometimes we run out of a certain part and have to wait for the delivery guy to bring it from the warehouse. It can be frustrating for the customers, but we tell them how it is. We’ve seen many mobile shops open and close around here, but we just keep sticking to our routine. We aren’t trying to be the biggest store in Malad. We just want to get through the daily tasks and make sure the phones we fix actually work when they leave. It’s a loud, busy place to work, but we like it.
