We are located at 2 B Margdadar B Marg within the Radhe Gopal Industrial Estates in Dadar West. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks and people moving heavy things around the yard. It’s not the kind of place you come for a fancy walk. We do our creative work here, mostly focused on garments and stitching for different clients. The space is practical and focused on the job. We have big tables for cutting and machines that run for most of the day. The industrial estate has that specific smell of machine oil and fabric. Being in Dadar West means we are close to the heart of the city, which is good for getting our supplies quickly. We don't have a storefront with big glass windows. It is more of a workshop feel inside. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and talk. The walls are painted a dull white and we have a few calendars hanging up to keep track of the delivery dates. We don't really have a lobby or a waiting room. If you come in, you are right in the middle of where the work happens. Our neighbors in the estate are mostly small units just like ours. We’ve stayed here because it’s convenient for the workers. We don't do much talking about ourselves. We just finish the orders. It’s loud and busy, but it is our place.
