Chetan Agencies

Chetan Agencies is located in Borivali East. Our address is 125/127 1 A on Road Number 4 in Daulat Nagar. We’ve been operating out of this part of Borivali for a long time. It’s a mostly residential and small business area, so things are a bit quieter here than in the center of the city. We handle various agency tasks, mostly dealing with distribution and supplying goods to other shops. Our workspace is simple and filled with stock and ledgers. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our customers are people we've known for years. We open the doors early in the morning to get the day started. There’s a lot of counting and checking orders to make sure nothing is missing. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in a narrow lane, but we always figure it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job properly and keep our regular customers happy. The office can be a bit cluttered with boxes, especially when a new shipment comes in. We use everyday English and don't worry too much about sounding like a big office downtown. We just tell it like it is. It's a family-run kind of feel here, even if we aren't all related. We just focus on getting the goods delivered where they need to go on time. That's our daily life at the agency. Everything stays pretty consistent day to day. We don't change much.
