Chandrasen E Porwal

You can find us in the Koyna Building over in Shantivan, which is part of Borivali East. We’re up on the sixth floor in B-602. Chandrasen E Porwal started this because he wanted to work close to home and avoid the long commutes. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being right by the railway station. We’ve got a view of some trees from the window, which is nice when things get stressful or the weather is good. The building is part of a larger complex, and there’s always kids playing or people walking their dogs downstairs in the garden area. It feels very grounded. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a plain door with our name on it. Inside, it’s just a few desks and a lot of work. We handle various tasks throughout the day. Some days are busier than others, especially when certain deadlines are coming up. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere. There’s no dress code or anything like that. We just focus on being honest and getting the job done. If a neighbor drops by, we usually have time for a quick chat and a cup of tea. It’s that kind of place. We’ve been in Borivali for years and we really like the community feel of Shantivan. It makes coming to work a lot more pleasant when you like the surroundings.
