Chandra Shekhar Dinesh Joshi

My name is Chandra Shekhar Dinesh Joshi and I work out of 103 Mahim. This is in the Vikram Apartmants building right on Veer Savarkar Marg. If you are looking for the place, it is very close to Star City Hall, which most people in Mahim know well. I’ve been in this apartment for a long time. It’s a bit of a mix between a home and an office, which is how I like it. The building is older but it has a lot of character. Veer Savarkar Marg is always full of cars and people walking, so there is never a quiet moment outside. Inside 103, things are a bit more relaxed. I don’t have a big staff or any of that. It’s just me handling things as they come. I’ve lived in this part of Mumbai for years and I don’t think I could move anywhere else. The location is good because everything is within reach. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a chat when I'm not too busy. It’s that kind of place. I don't use any fancy systems or complicated technology. I prefer pen and paper and talking to people face to face. The apartment is on the first floor, so it’s easy to get to. If you see the Star City Hall, you’re basically there. It’s just a simple setup for a simple way of working. I try to stay busy but I don't rush through things. It's just a regular life in Mahim.
