Chandra International

We are over at 202, Pratik Avenue on Nehru Road in Vile Parle East. It is a busy area, especially with the station nearby and all the people walking to and from work. Our office is on the second floor, so we are a little bit removed from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the honking and the general bustle of Mumbai outside the windows. We deal with international stuff, mostly paperwork and coordinating things across borders. It involves a lot of phone calls and emails, often at odd hours because of the time differences. The office is not very big, but we have enough room for our desks and the stacks of documents we have to manage. We are not into anything flashy; we just focus on making sure the logistics and the details are right. Vile Parle is a great place to be because of the energy, though finding parking near Nehru Road is always a bit of a nightmare. We have been in Pratik Avenue for a while now, and the building staff knows us well. Most days are spent staring at screens or talking to people on the other side of the world. It is a lot of coordination and making sure no balls are dropped. We keep it simple and just try to get through the daily list of tasks without too much fuss or extra talk.
