Chaitanya Moulds

Chaitanya Moulds is located in Jogeshwari West. You can find us in the Garment Zone on Senapati Bapat Marg. This part of the city is always moving, and the noise from the main road never really stops. Inside the shop, it’s even louder because of the machines we use for making the moulds. There is always a smell of hot metal and grease in the air. We spend our days designing and cutting different shapes out of blocks of material. The floor is usually covered in small bits of metal or plastic shavings that we have to sweep up every few hours. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful where we step. We work on a lot of different projects for various small industries. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, so we stay late under the tube lights. Jogeshwari is a tough place to work because of the heat, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our workbench is cluttered with calipers, rulers, and old drawings. We don't have a fancy reception area; customers just walk straight into the workspace. It’s a practical setup where we focus on the machines. Being on Senapati Bapat Marg makes it easy for people to drop off materials or pick up finished moulds. It’s just us doing our thing in the middle of the Garment Zone.
