Cell N Care

Cell N Care is our little shop over on Vicmon Church Road in Marol. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find us near the church. We spend most of our days staring at tiny screws and cracked screens. It’s tedious work, but someone has to do it. The shop is small, so it gets crowded quickly if more than three people walk in at once. We’ve got phone cases hanging on the walls and spare parts scattered across the back counter. Andheri is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with all the broken phones that come our way every day. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought because a part is hard to get, and we have to tell the customer to wait another day. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. Just a stool or two if they're not already taken. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets really busy. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot where people bring their gadgets when they stop working. Most of our tools are a bit worn out from constant use over the years. We just try to be fair and fix what we can without making things too complicated. It’s a lot of eye strain, but seeing a phone turn back on is always a good feeling. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. It’s just our daily life here in Marol.
