CASA WALLS MUMBAI LLP

Casa Walls Mumbai LLP is located right on the second floor of Plot 44 on Maruti Lane. If you know the Fort area, you know it’s a bit of a maze back there behind Bora Bazar Street. We’ve been in this spot for some time now, and the building has that old Mumbai feel to it with the high ceilings and the creaky windows. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters by any stretch. We have our desks, some sample boards leaning against the walls, and a very old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise when it's on high speed. Most of our days are spent talking to vendors or sketching out ideas for different projects. We aren't the type to wear suits; you’ll usually find us in jeans or whatever is comfortable for running around sites. The traffic around Fort is always a headache, so we do a lot of our coordination over the phone or through messages. Sometimes people drop by to look at materials, and we just clear off a corner of the table so they can sit down. It’s a bit messy at times with all the paperwork and site drawings scattered around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a grand vision or a big philosophy we talk about. We just like doing the work and seeing a project actually get finished. It’s just us, a small team trying to keep things moving and making sure the quality is what it should be for every client we work with.
