C Subba Reddy operates out of the Kailash Industrial Complex in Vikhroli West. You can find us at unit D 312/A on the 6th Cross in Balajinagar. This place is usually humming with noise from all the other units around us. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a truck being loaded or someone moving heavy boxes nearby. We’ve been in this space for a good bit of time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical workspace where we manage our daily tasks. Most of the time, the air conditioner is running because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. My staff and I keep track of everything from these small desks. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. If you walk in, you'll probably just see one of us looking at a ledger or typing. It’s a quiet life inside the office compared to the chaos of the industrial park outside. We know the security guards at the gate by name. Dealing with work here means being part of the local Vikhroli scene. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because every bit of space is used for something important. That's just how we do things in Balajinagar. We’ve got stacks of papers and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, but they do the job. We stay focused on the work and try to get home before the evening rush starts on the main road.
