C S W Telecom

C S W Telecom is located at Plot No 02 in Sonawane Wasti 8, over in Vikhroli West. It's a bit tucked away from the main road, but the people who live in the Wasti know exactly where we are. We’ve been operating out of this small space for a few years now. It isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular shop with a grey rolling shutter. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of wires hanging around. We handle telecom stuff, mostly helping folks get their connections sorted or selling them a basic phone that works for calls. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy neon sign. Most of our customers come because their cousin or neighbor told them we were okay to deal with. We try to be quick with our work, but sometimes things just take time because of the service providers, and we tell people that straight. There’s a small wooden bench outside where people sit and wait when the shop gets full. We’ve seen kids grow up in this neighborhood while we’ve been sitting behind this counter every day. It’s a good feeling to be part of a community like this. We don’t have any grand plans to expand or move to a bigger place in the city. This spot suits us just fine. We show up, we do our work, and we try to be fair to everyone who walks through the door.
