C B Trading Corporation is located right in the middle of the chaos that is Lohar Chawl. Our address is 221/198, inside the Sardar Griha Building. If you know the area, it’s just opposite the Police Commissioner's Office on Lokmanya Tilak Marg. It is a very old building with a lot of history, and being in Kalbadevi means it’s always crowded. We spend most of our time dealing with the traders and the transport guys who are always moving goods in and out. The stairs are narrow and the hallways are usually filled with boxes. We have been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s not the easiest place to reach because of the traffic, but everyone knows Sardar Griha. Inside, our office is packed with files and samples. We don't really have a lot of space for sitting around. It's more about the hustle of the market here. We talk to suppliers, check on orders, and manage the logistics of getting things delivered across the city. Sometimes the rain makes it tough with the old roof, but we manage. You’ll find us here from morning until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of Mumbai, but once you find the police station, you just look across the street. We’re just a small part of this massive trading hub and we keep on going with what we know.
