Bridges Placement

Bridges Placement is over in Wadala East. You can find our office at 3rd Cross, Sg Palya, on Hosur Road 1. It’s just a small, simple office where we try to help people find regular work. Inside, it’s mostly just metal desks, some plastic chairs, and a whole lot of folders piled up. We talk to people all day long—some are looking for their very first job and others are trying to change careers because they're unhappy. It can be quite a stressful environment because people are really counting on you to help them out. We don't have a fancy lobby with a water cooler, rugs, or leather sofas. It’s just a plain, functional room where we look at resumes and make phone calls to companies. The area around Hosur Road is usually packed with people, and all that noise filters in through the windows all day. We’ve been here for a bit, and the carpet is looking a little tired from all the feet walking over it, but that doesn't stop us from getting things done. We don't make big, empty promises about "dream jobs" or anything like that. We just look at what's actually available in the market and see if a person fits the role. It’s all about being practical. Sometimes we have to tell people their skills don't match what a company is looking for, which isn't fun to do, but it's the truth. We just stay here in Wadala East.
