Breakthrough Placements

Breakthrough Placements is over in Dadar West, specifically on 1st Main in Muneshwara Nagar, at number 3. It’s a pretty easy place to get to if you’re coming from the station. We have a lot of people coming in and out all day, mostly looking for work or hoping to find someone to hire. The waiting area has a few chairs that are a bit mismatched, and there’s usually a stack of resumes sitting on the main desk. We try to keep things tidy, but when it gets busy, papers tend to end up everywhere. It’s a high-energy environment because everyone who walks in is looking for a new start. Dadar West is a great place to be because it’s so central. We’ve been at this address in Muneshwara Nagar for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't use any high-tech systems to match people with jobs; we mostly just talk to them and see what they’re good at. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out where someone would fit in best. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it can get a bit stressful, but we just take a deep breath and keep going. We aren't some big corporate recruiting firm; we’re just a few people in a small office in Dadar trying to help our neighbors find some decent work.
