Brainstorm Placements

Brainstorm Placements is located at 404 in Malad West. We are tucked away on the 5th Cross Road in the 2nd Block area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small offices and houses mixed together. Our office is up on the fourth floor, so we get a decent view of the street below, which is usually clogged with rickshaws and delivery bikes. We spend most of our day going through stacks of resumes and making phone calls to people. The office itself is pretty simple—just some desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. It’s not the kind of place with a glass entrance or a fancy lobby. We just have a plain door with our name on it. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout. The 5th Cross can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't local, but once you see the 2nd Block signs, it’s easier. We don’t have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls; it’s mostly just calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. It’s a practical environment where we try to keep things organized despite the constant ringing of phones. We have been here for a good while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but our little corner remains the same. It is just a regular spot where we put in our hours every day and try to stay on top of the work.
