We have been operating Biotech from the 15 Kanal Industrial Estate for a good while now. It is located right on Daulat Nagar Road No-6 in Borivali East. Most people know the area as a busy hub, and we are just one of the small spots tucked in here. We spend our days mostly working through the usual routine. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets a bit heavy, especially during the morning rush, but we manage to get in on time. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving around us. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can get our work done without too much fuss. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some shops go, others come in, but we stay put at this same spot. It is a straightforward setup. We do not really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most folks who need us just find their way to Borivali East and look for Road No-6. It is not hard to find if you know where the industrial estate is. We keep our doors open and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. There is always something to fix or look at. We like being part of the local community here. It feels like home after all these years. If you are ever passing through this part of town, you will likely see us just doing what we do.
