Our office is on the third floor at number 24 in Mandvi. We are right next to the Woodland Hotel, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Bearings are small things but they are important for so many machines, and that’s mostly what we deal with here. The shelves in our office are packed with different sizes and types of bearings. It’s a lot of inventory to keep track of, so we spend a lot of time counting and organizing. It’s not a very big space and the light isn't the best, but it works for what we need. We get people calling from all over asking for specific parts. Sometimes it’s hard to find the exact one they need but we usually figure it out. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know our way around mechanical parts. The building we are in is older and the stairs can be a bit of a workout. We don't have any fancy carpets or modern furniture. It’s just desks, shelves, and a lot of metal parts in boxes. We focus on getting the right parts to the right people. It’s a quiet sort of business most of the time, just the sound of boxes moving and the phone ringing now and then. We've been doing this for years and just like to get things right for the customer.
