Bismillah Network

Running Bismillah Network keeps us moving all over Girgaon and Charni Road. We are specifically over by 7 Bungalows. Dealing with internet stuff means we are often looking at routers or tangled wires behind desks. It is not the cleanest job in the world. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking people through their connection problems or out on the street trying to see where a cable might have snapped. Charni Road is always packed with traffic, so getting from one place to another takes longer than you’d think. Our home base is just a functional place where we keep our tools and spare routers. It's usually a mess of yellow and blue cables on the table. We started doing this because there was a need for it in the neighborhood. People just want their videos to load and their messages to go through without trouble. We aren't some giant corporation with a call center. It’s just us. If you call, you’re probably talking to the same person who will show up at your door later. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when it rains heavy and the lines get finicky. We just keep at it, climbing ladders or checking signals until things work again. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and patience. We’ve been around 7 Bungalows for a while now and most people know where to find us if the lights on their modem start blinking red.
