Bhavana Televentures

Bhavana Televentures is situated right on the SG Highway at number 11 in Mulund West. Being near the highway means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through and need a quick fix or a charger, while others live right here in Mulund and have been coming to us for years. The traffic outside is constant, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the background while we work. We deal with telecommunications stuff, mostly phones and the things that go with them. The shop layout is pretty basic. We have a few stools for people to sit on while they wait for their data to transfer or a screen to be glued down. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. If a phone is too old to fix, we just say so. It’s better to be straight with people. Our shelves have a mix of everything from old-style chargers to the newer stuff. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass because the dust from the highway tends to settle on everything. It’s a busy spot and we like it that way. Most days fly by because there is always someone walking through the door with a question or a broken device. We just keep our heads down and do the work until it's time to close up.
