Bharatiya Telecommunication

Bharatiya Telecommunication is situated in Goregaon West, specifically at 8th Main Road and 9th Cross in the B E Layout area, near the post office. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you find the post office road, we’re right there. We’ve been here for several years now. The shop is mostly filled with cables, phones, and various parts. It’s a bit messy at times because we’re always working on something at the back bench. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters. We aren't some big brand store with bright lights. It’s just a regular shop where we help people with their phone issues or selling them a new SIM card. My brother handles the technical stuff while I deal with the customers at the front. We get a lot of people from the nearby offices during their lunch breaks. It can get pretty frantic for about an hour, then it goes back to being quiet. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, do the repairs, sell the products, and go home to our families. Some days the internet is slow and we can't process things quickly, which is a bit of a headache, but we make do. It’s just how it is running a small shop in Goregaon. Most people find us by word of mouth and that’s fine with us.
