Bharat Tools Centre

You can find Bharat Tools Centre at Plot No 77/79 on Dhanji Street. We are inside Sutaria Bhawan, which is a building a lot of people recognize in this area. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze on Dhanji Street sometimes, especially when deliveries are arriving or when the morning rush starts, but we make it work. We’ve got shelves full of tools of every kind you can think of. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes and displays. People come in looking for specific things for their home or their workshop, and we usually know exactly which pile it’s hidden in. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who have been around tools our whole lives. It’s a dusty job, and your hands are rarely clean, but that’s fine. We like talking to the customers and hearing about what they are building or fixing. Sutaria Bhawan has been our home for quite some time now. We aren't trying to be a big chain store or anything like that. We just want to be the place where you can find what you need without a lot of fuss. Some days the street is so crowded it’s hard to move, but that’s just life in this part of town. We open up early and stay until the work is done. It’s just how we do things here. We often have a cup of tea while waiting for the next customer to walk through the door.
