Bhagyashree Communication

Our shop is located in Chinoy Colony, right across from the Saubhagya Mangal Karyalaya. It’s a good spot because there are always people around, especially when there’s a wedding or some function at the hall. We started Bhagyashree Communication to help people with their phones and recharges. Nowadays everyone has a smartphone, but things still break or people get confused with their data plans. We spend a lot of our time sitting behind the glass counter, talking to customers who come in with cracked screens or signal problems. It can be a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, but we keep the place tidy. There’s always some tea going and someone sitting on the stool talking about the news. We aren’t a big chain store with uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes, trying to get the job done. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought and we have to tell the customer to come back tomorrow. They usually don't mind because they know we are honest about it. Being at 125/27 means we see the same faces every day. It’s a simple life, fixing things and selling SIM cards. We don't have a website or anything, just the sign board outside. If you need something for your phone, you just walk in and ask. That's how we've always run things in Marshi Nagar. We just try our best to help whoever walks in and keep things moving every day.
