Best Communication is tucked away inside Vaibhav Market in Mumbai. If you’ve ever been to Vaibhav Market, you know it’s a maze of different shops and stalls, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s always crowded and there’s always something going on, which we like. We focus on the everyday stuff that people need for their mobiles. We have a huge wall of phone covers in every color, though some of them have been there a while and are a bit dusty. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny floor. Our floor is just plain cement and we have a couple of plastic stools for customers to sit on if they have to wait. We handle a lot of small repairs, like fixing a button that won't click or replacing a speaker that’s gone quiet. The market can be a bit overwhelming for some people, but we’ve been here so long it feels like home to us. We know most of the other shop owners around here, so we’re always chatting across the aisle while we work. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a phone is too broken to fix, we just tell you straight so you don't waste your time. It’s a busy, noisy, honest little shop and we wouldn't have it any other way. We keep some old chargers in a bin for people who need something cheap and used to get by.
