You’ll find Bangera Tools & Equipments at Unit No. C-22 in Building No. 3 of The Small Industries Co-Op Estate on I.B. Patel Road. Goregaon East is always moving, and this estate is no different. It’s a collection of small businesses all trying to get their work done in a shared space. Our unit is packed with various tools and equipment, sometimes so much so that it’s hard to walk through the aisles without bumping into a crate or a shelf. We spend a lot of time checking our inventory and making sure everything is where it should be, though things have a way of getting misplaced when we’re busy. It is just a few of us here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to loading up boxes for shipping. The office part is just a couple of desks squeezed into the front corner. We don’t have any fancy signage or a showroom. Most people who come here are looking for something very specific for their own jobs. We deal with a lot of paperwork and shipping labels, trying to keep track of what’s going out to where. It can get stressful when a shipment is late or a customer is in a hurry, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just focus on the tools.
