You can find us at the Bhatia Indl Estate in Kandivali West, specifically at unit E/7. It’s part of the Bel Layout area, which is a mix of small factories and storage spaces. At Balaji Ayurherbal, we spend our time dealing with different kinds of herbs and natural ingredients. The smell in our unit is quite strong because of all the dried plants and powders we keep in stock. It’s not like a pharmacy; it’s more of a warehouse feel where we pack things into bags. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy showroom for people to visit. Most of our work is just raw processing and getting the items ready for distribution. The industrial estate can be a bit noisy with all the other businesses around us, but we stay focused on our own tasks. We have a small group of workers who know how to handle the materials properly. Sometimes we have to move heavy sacks around, which is quite tiring in the heat. We keep a simple logbook for our entries and don't rely much on modern technology. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it has worked for us so far. People who need herbal supplies usually find their way to our door in the 1st Block. We don't make big claims about what we do, we just provide the raw goods as they are.
