Our office is located in the Raj Rajeshwari Building, which is number 6 in the Kiadb Industrial Estate over in Mulund West. We are right opposite the lane that leads to Forties Hospital. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on outside—trucks moving, people hauling stuff, and a lot of noise. Inside our consultancy, it’s a bit more contained, but we still feel the energy of the area. We’ve been here for a good few years now. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to find us, but once they see the hospital, they usually figure it out. We do a lot of consulting work, which basically means we spend our time talking through problems and looking at spreadsheets. It’s not the kind of thing you can explain in two seconds. The office is pretty basic. We have some metal filing cabinets and a large table where we all sit around. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of coffee. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the whole estate gets quiet. It’s an interesting place to work. You see all kinds of businesses around us, from small factories to other offices like ours. We just focus on our clients and try to give them sensible advice without making it sound too complicated or using big words that nobody really needs.
