You can find our place at Shop no. 13 in the Raj Cresent building, which is part of the Royal Complex on Eksar Road. We are situated quite close to the Jain Mandir here in Borivali, so the neighborhood is usually a bit more peaceful than other parts of the city, though you still get the usual Mumbai traffic noise. Our shop is not very big, but we have worked hard to make the most of every inch of space we have. We do all our regular consultations in the front and the Panchakarma therapy work in the back room. The tiles on the floor are a little bit chipped in the corners, and the front door makes a loud squeaking sound every time someone walks in, but we haven't found the time to fix those things yet. Life is pretty fast-paced here in Borivali, and we see all kinds of people coming through, from young office workers to the older residents who live in the complex. We keep all our appointments in a big handwritten book because that’s just the way we have always done it. There is no corporate feeling here at all. We often sit and have a cup of tea while we talk to people about whatever health issues are bothering them. It is just a small, local business trying to do things in a traditional way. The shelves are stuffed with all sorts of bottles and jars, and sometimes it takes us a moment to find exactly what we are looking for.
