Auctus Recruitment

We are over at 30682 Andheri Ii Main Road, Mm Road New Extension, Mysore Road, near the Om Heera Panna Mall. Auctus Recruitment is where we spend our time looking at piles of papers and talking on the phone. It’s a lot of sitting in chairs and trying to figure out who might be good for which job. The office is tucked away in a busy part of the city, and the sounds of the mall and the traffic are always there in the background. We don’t wear suits unless someone important is coming by. Mostly it’s just us with our tea and a lot of folders stacked on the tables. People come in looking for work, and they look a bit nervous, so we just try to talk to them like normal people. It’s hard to find the right fit for some of these companies. Sometimes we go through a hundred names and none of them feel right. Then other days, it just clicks. We aren’t a big corporate agency with thousands of employees. It’s just a few of us here. The printer is always running out of ink at the worst time. We just keep at it because people need jobs and companies need people. It’s pretty straightforward, even if the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming some afternoons. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now and we know the area well. We just try to get through the applications and help where we can.
