Atul Engineering Corporation

Atul Engineering Corporation is located in the Sion area, specifically in the Bharti Building. We are on the first floor at 124A/1, so you have to walk up the stairs to find us. The building is one of those older Mumbai structures that has seen a lot of history over the years. Our office is fairly simple with a few old wooden desks and some engineering diagrams pinned to the walls. We deal with various technical parts and supplies, so there are usually samples or tools scattered around the room. It is a bit of a cramped space, especially when we have a lot of inventory coming in at once. The windows look out over the street, and the noise from the traffic in Sion is a constant background sound for us. We have a small pantry where we make tea, which is pretty much essential for getting through the afternoon stretch. Most of our work involves talking to suppliers and making sure the orders are correct before they go out. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we know and we do it every day. We have been here for years, and the regulars know exactly which door to knock on when they need something. The air is always a bit humid, and the ceiling fans never seem to stop spinning. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing in our little corner.
