Attanmash Communication

If you walk down Tilak Road in Dahisar and look for number 6, that is where we are. Attanmash Communication is the name on the board outside. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with all kinds of mobile phone issues and service connections. It’s a straightforward shop. We have some display cases with basic accessories and a workspace in the corner where we do the actual repairs. Dahisar is a nice place, feels like a real community here. We know most of the people who walk past our door. A lot of our day is spent explaining how different plans work or fixing a cracked screen that someone dropped on the way to the station. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big sales team. It is just a couple of us who like tinkering with electronics. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we try to keep the gear clean. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. People come in, they have a problem with their device, and we see if we can get it back to normal. We don’t use any big words or confusing terms. We just tell it like it is. If a phone is too old to fix, we say so. It’s better to be honest about it. We close up when the sun goes down and start again the next morning. It is a simple life on Tilak Road.
