You can find us over at Bunder East, right near the Chacha Halwai Chowk in Nana Peth. The building is 181/183 and it is a very old part of the city where the streets are narrow and always packed with people and scooters. We have been working out of this small shop for quite a while now. We handle a lot of different things related to phones and communication. Some days it is just fixing broken charging ports or helping someone figure out why their landline is not working properly. Other days we are sorting through piles of cables and connectors that seem to get tangled no matter how much we try to organize them. The shop is a bit cramped because we have a lot of spare parts and old equipment tucked away in the back corners. There is a tea stall just a few doors down where we usually get our afternoon cutting chai while we wait for customers to come in. It is a noisy neighborhood but it feels like home to us. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. We are not trying to be the biggest shop in Pune, we just like helping the locals get their gadgets working again. It is honest work and every day is a bit different depending on what breaks.
