We've been over here at Plot D-7/1 for quite a while now. If you know Road No. 16 in MIDC, Andheri East, you know it gets pretty busy during the day. Trucks everywhere. People heading to work in a hurry. We mostly deal with plastic items here, which means it’s a bit noisy in the factory area. That's just how it is when machines are running all the time. The office is upstairs. It usually has a stack of papers on the desks that never seems to get smaller no matter how much we work. We started out small and just kept going year after year. Most of the guys on the floor have been with us for a long time. They know exactly how the molds should look and when a batch isn't quite right. It’s not a fancy place, honestly. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're usually too busy keeping up with orders to worry about that. Sometimes the tea lady comes by late and everyone gets a bit grumpy, but we get through the day. Working in plastic manufacturing isn't glamorous. It’s just what we do. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the warehouse gets a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in. We’re just a regular group of people trying to do the job properly. It’s hot in the summer here, but the big fans help. We also keep a few spare floor mats near the entrance for when it rains.
