Ashwin Ankhad & Company is based at 101 Fort Liboda Chowk, on Kharvad Street inside Podar Chambers. This is an old part of the city, and our office fits right in. It’s a traditional space with heavy desks and plenty of shelves for our books and files. We’ve been working out of this building for a long time now. The atmosphere in Fort is always energetic, but once you step into our office, things quiet down a bit. We aren't interested in having the most modern office or following the latest design trends. We prefer things the way they are. We handle various legal and professional matters throughout the day. Our desks are usually covered in documents that we are working through. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. Sometimes the building feels its age, with creaky floors or a lift that takes its time, but that’s just part of the charm of being in this area. We don't use any flashy language to describe what we do. We just do the work and try to be as thorough as possible. People know where to find us. We’ve built a steady routine over the years, and we plan to keep it that way. It’s a solid, dependable place where we just focus on the task at hand without any unnecessary fuss.
