Ashoka Enterprise

We are Ashoka Enterprise, located over in Santacruz East on Paud Road at 15.6. It’s a standard sort of place where we manage our daily operations. Santacruz East is a busy part of town, so there’s always a lot of movement and noise outside our door. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep our current stock. We deal with various general items, mostly supplying to other small businesses or individuals who stop by. It’s not a high-end corporate office by any means. We wear regular clothes and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually they are. The Paud Road area has its own rhythm that we've grown used to. We open up early to beat the heat and the worst of the traffic. It gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that do the job. My nephew helps me with the bookkeeping when he’s not at college. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everyone gets what they came for. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the rain, and sometimes we run out of things, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen the buildings around us change quite a bit. Ashoka Enterprise is just a small part of the local community, and we’re perfectly fine with that. It's just us doing our best every day.
