You can find us over in Kharghar, at Balaji Angan in Sector-4. The office is in E-102. Ashish set this place up because Kharghar is a growing part of Navi Mumbai and it felt like a good spot to be in. It is a residential complex, so we have to be a bit mindful of the neighbors when we have people coming and going. The flat is fairly spacious, but once you put in all the computers, desks, and filing cabinets, it starts to feel a bit crowded. We spend most of our time here from nine to six, just going through the daily grind. The area is quite nice with a lot of open space and trees, which is a bit different from the crowded parts of the main city. We do not have a big marketing budget or any fancy titles for the people who work here. We just divide the work based on who is free and who knows how to do what. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It is a very relaxed environment, even when we have a lot of deadlines. We do not use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a small team in a local building, doing what we can to keep things running smoothly every single day.
