It’s an area where people really know the value of hard work. Our unit is on the fourth floor, and it’s usually humming with the sound of machines or the steady beep of testing gear. Padawal Nagar is a busy pocket of the estate. There are trucks moving in and out all day, so there is always a bit of dust and noise, but we are used to it by now. Inside Dhanurdhar Bhuvan, our space is packed with shelves. We make sure to use every inch of room 405. We have some old wooden desks that have seen better days but they are sturdy enough for the heavy electronics we handle. The air usually smells a little like hot metal and solder. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or designer lights. Most of our budget goes into better tools for the job.
