You can find us down in Vikhroli West, specifically in the MIDC area at number 25. We are located right below the Life Insurance Corporation office, which makes it easy for most people to locate us since that building is quite large. This isn't a modern clinic with glass walls. It’s a quiet space where we focus on traditional ways of looking after health. We have shelves full of herbs and oils. People come here because they prefer the old methods. Some have been visiting us for years, and now they bring their children too. The industrial area outside is busy, but once you step inside, it feels a lot different. We spend most of our day talking to visitors and figuring out which preparation is right for them. It’s just how things have always been done. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the city. We just want to make sure the people who walk through the door get what they need. Sometimes the stock takes a bit to arrive from the south, but we usually have the essentials. If you are walking around MIDC, just look for the LIC sign and head downstairs. There is usually someone here from morning until the evening. We don’t use computers for everything; we still like writing things down in our registers. It feels more personal that way for everyone involved.
