We've been at A-22 in Wadala for a good while now. It's right off LBS Marg, which makes it easy for the trucks to come in and out, though traffic around Ghatkopar West is always a bit of a headache. Arsh Plastic Processors is basically what the name says. We spend our days around the machines, making sure the plastic gets processed right. It's noisy work and gets pretty hot in the unit, especially during the summer months. Most of us here have been doing this for years, so we know the quirks of the equipment by heart. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes people get confused about our exact spot because of how the blocks are laid out, but once you find the gate, you’re there. We deal with a lot of different orders, some big and some small, and we just try to keep things moving. There’s always a lot of dust and the smell of melting plastic, which you get used to after a week or so. It isn't a glamorous business, but it's steady. We keep our tools organized, mostly, and try to stay on top of the schedule. If you walk past the A-22 unit, you’ll probably hear the grinders going. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure the crates are packed up by the end of the shift.
