Arpit Sign

Our office for Arpit Sign is in the Shree Aareshwar society. It’s room number 321/C-8, in Sector-3 of Charkop. Kandivali West is a big place, but we are quite close to the Charkop Police Station, which makes it easy to explain to people. It’s a residential-cum-commercial area. The building is one of those typical Mumbai societies with kids playing downstairs and laundry hanging out. We have a small space on the third floor. There’s no elevator, so we get our exercise walking up and down. Inside, it’s mostly just a couple of computers and some rolls of vinyl. It gets a bit noisy when the police sirens go off nearby. We’ve been here for a few years now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day when everyone is at work. I usually start around ten in the morning after the local trains aren't so packed. My partner stays until late to finish up the design work. We don't have many walk-ins since we're on the third floor, so mostly it's people who have our number already. The walls are painted a light blue that's starting to peel a bit, but we don't mind. We just need a place to work and this fits our needs. It’s a honest living and we like being part of the Charkop community. Sometimes we get snacks from the canteen downstairs during our afternoon break while we look over the paperwork for the next day.
