Arihant Infocom

Arihant Infocom is based in Sahar Mahal, Chakala 3. This area is quite busy with all the commercial activity and people running around. We handle a lot of computer and mobile-related stuff. Most of our day is spent dealing with people who have technical problems they can't solve themselves. It might be a laptop that won't start or a phone that keeps freezing up when they try to make a call. The shop is full of boxes and wires, which might look messy to some, but I know where everything is. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Chakala is a hub for this kind of work, so we have plenty of competition nearby. We just focus on getting the job done so the customer can go back to their work. Sometimes the parts we need are hard to find, and we have to call around different suppliers for hours. It’s a lot of sitting at a desk and looking at small screens. I usually drink way too much tea during the shift just to stay sharp. The lighting in here is very bright so we can see what we are doing with the small tools. It’s a practical place for practical problems. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Mumbai, just a reliable spot in Sahar Mahal for anyone who needs their tech looked at.
