Arihant Hardware

If you find yourself at Shiral Seth Chowk in Malad West, you’ll probably see Arihant Hardware at number 7. We’ve been at this corner for quite some time now. Hardware is a dusty business, so our shop usually has that smell of metal and fresh tools. We don’t have a fancy showroom with glass cases. Most of our stuff is on sturdy racks or in bins where people can see what they are getting. We get a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who are working on their homes or fixing something that broke. It’s a small space, but we pack a lot into it. Dealing with hardware means your hands are rarely clean, and we’re okay with that. The chowk is always noisy with rickshaws and people shouting, but that’s the charm of Malad. We don’t have a website with a lot of bells and whistles or a corporate headquarters. Our headquarters is right here behind the main counter. We spend our days counting out screws or helping someone find the right size of pipe. It is a simple way to make a living, and it keeps us connected to the people around here. We aren't looking to expand into a giant chain; we just like being the hardware shop at the chowk that people can rely on. Most people know we are here if they need something sturdy or some quick advice.
