Our shop, Arihant Air Conditioners Pvt Ltd, is located at 136 Mulund Raghava Nagar on the 2nd Cross. It is right on Mysore Road, not too far from Tambe Nagar, so we see a lot of people passing by. It stays pretty warm around here, so there is always someone looking for a bit of cool air. We spend most of our time surrounded by copper pipes, filters, and those big metal units that sit outside houses. The floor is usually covered in tools and stray bolts that fell out of a toolbox. It’s a messy business, honestly. We have been doing this for a long time and we know how frustrating it is when a machine stops working in the middle of a heatwave. Our days are spent taking things apart and trying to put them back together so they run right again. Sometimes we are out on the road visiting people at their homes, and other times we are back here at the shop dealing with deliveries. It is a lot of heavy lifting and climbing up ladders. We don't have time for fancy talk or slick advertising. We just show up, look at the problem, and try to fix it. The building we are in is simple and gets the job done for us. We’ve grown used to the dust and the constant noise of the street outside. It's a living and it keeps us on our toes all year round.
