Architecher Firm

Our place is in Mahim, right on S. V. Road. We are in the M. N. Co-Operative Housing Society, flat 4/42. It’s an older building, but we like the character of the area. Mahim is a great spot because it’s so central. Architecher Firm has been working from here for quite a while now. The firm is small, and we prefer it that way. It means when you call, you’re actually talking to the person doing the drawings. We handle all sorts of architectural stuff, mostly smaller projects or renovations for people in the neighborhood. S. V. Road is always loud with traffic, but once you’re inside the society, it is a bit quieter. We spend our days mostly at our computers or out at sites. We aren't the type to wear suits or give big presentations. We’d rather just show you a sketch and talk about it. Architecture in an old area like Mahim has its own challenges because the buildings are tight and the rules are specific. We have to be careful with how we plan things. Sometimes we are at the office late because a deadline is coming up. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just a group of us who know how to put a building together. We take our work seriously but we keep the office vibe pretty relaxed. We’ve been here long enough to see neighbors come and go.
