You can find us at the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate in Lower Parel. We are in the A-2 building, using units 45 and 46. Lower Parel is always a bit of a maze, especially with all the new tall buildings going up around these older estates. Our units are pretty basic. We’ve got tools and parts scattered around because we deal with appliances. It’s a lived-in space. The floors have some scuffs and the lighting isn’t the brightest, but it works for what we do. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Most of the time, we’re just busy fixing things or checking inventory. The estate is always full of people moving boxes and yelling for the lift. We’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. It’s a lot of manual work and sometimes our hands get dirty. We don't have a big team of receptionists or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. Some days the humidity in the building is a bit much, but we keep the fans going. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up and do their jobs. We like the location because it’s central, even if parking is a total nightmare. We just keep our heads down and handle the appliance side of things. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place that keeps us busy from morning till evening.
